Terms of Returns/Exchanges

  • A refund will be issued on REGULAR priced merchandise up to 30 days from original date of purchase with sales receipt, original tags attached & manufacturer box if purchased with a box (example, original shoebox in new condition).   Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, scents & pet hair.  

  • Store credit on SALE merchandise up to 14 days from original date of purchase with sales receipt, original tags attached & manufacturer box if purchased with a box (example, original shoebox in new condition).   Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, scents & pet hair. 

  • ALL SALES FINAL on any merchandise that has been discounted 50% or more are not eligible for return or exchange. 

  • ALL SALES FINAL after 30 days

  • ALL SALES FINAL on seasonal merchandise. 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.  You may also exchange or return items in store

Exchanges

If you need to exchange for another size, etc.,  simply return the item to our Sturgeon Bay store, with your orders enclosed return/exchange form and we will ship your exchange at no additional charge within the *allowed amount of days since original purchase.  (*listed  above). 

As a small business, we do not offer free return shipping.
