Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, simply return the item to our Sturgeon Bay store, with the enclosed return/exchange form and we will ship your exchange at no additional charge within 30 days of purchase on regular priced merchandise and 14 days of purchase on discounted merchandsie above 50% off

Refunds

If you would like to return an item, kindly ship the item back to our Sturgeon Bay store with the enclosed return/exchange form.

Terms of Returns/Exchanges

  • A refund will be issued on regular priced merchandise up to 30 days from original date of purchase with sales receipt & tags attached

  • Store credit on SALE merchandise up to 14 days from original date of purchase with sales receipt & tags attached

  • All Sales are Final on any merchandise that has been discounted 50% or more

  • All SALES FINAL after 30 days

  • All Sales final on seasonal merchandise.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.  You may also exchange or return items in store
