When will my order be shipped? -
In stock items ordered by 1:00PM Central Standard Time, Monday
through Friday, will ship the same business day. In stock
items ordered on Friday after 1:00PM Central Standard Time
and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following
Monday. |

Standard UPS Ground Shipping -
Packages arrive within approximately 5 business days (M-F),
but may take longer depending on the delivery area. With
this service, packages are not guaranteed to be at their
destination within a certain number of days. |

UPS 3-Day Select Shipping - Packages
shipped Monday through Friday are guaranteed for arrival
within 3 business days. |

UPS Blue Label Service - Packages
shipped Monday through Friday are guaranteed for arrival
within 2 business days. |

UPS Overnight Red Label Service is
available by calling your order in to 1-800-926-3610 by 1:00
Central Standard Time. Overnight shipping rates will vary
depending on the size and weight of your package. Packages
shipped Monday through Friday are guaranteed for arrival
the next business day. |

Hawaii will be insured and sent via USPS priority mail. Shipping
rates may vary. Wilkins and Olander only ships within the

Sales Tax added to your order will reflect the applicable
state and local sales taxes to orders shipped within the
state of Wisconsin. The Internet Tax Freedom Act, signed
into law on October 21, 1998, does not preclude sales and
use taxes on any and all commerce conducted over the internet.
State and local governments are allowed to impose sales and
use tax on all such electronic sales, provided that the tax
rate is the same as that which would be imposed on the transactions
if they were conducted over the phone or in either of the
two WIlkins and Olander locations. The state and local tax
rate is currently 5.5% |

Exchanges
and Returns |

We want you to be satisfied with all of the
purchases you make at Wilkins and Olander. If you need to
exchange an item, simply return the item to our Sturgeon
Bay store and we will ship your exchange at no additional
charge. If you would like to return an item, kindly ship
the item back to our Sturgeon Bay store within 30 days of
the purchase for a refund. SHipping charges are non-refundable.
You may also exchange or return the item in either of our
stores within 30 days. |
