Exchanges and Returns
We want you to be satisfied with all of the purchases you make
at Wilkins and Olander. If you need to exchange an item, simply
return the item to our Sturgeon
Bay store and we will ship your exchange at no additional charge. If you would
like to return an item, kindly ship the item back to our Sturgeon Bay store
within 30 days of the purchase for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You may also exchange or return the item in either of our stores within 30
days.
